Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Orders can be cancelled by the customer before order confirmation or dispatch. If cancelled in time, a full refund will be issued to the original payment source.

2. Once your order is confirmed and/or dispatched, no cancellation or refund request will be entertained under any circumstances.

3. In rare cases where the order is cancelled by us due to stock unavailability, delivery restrictions, or quality concerns — you will receive a 100% automatic refund.

4. For failed or incomplete payments, refunds will be processed automatically by your bank/payment gateway within 7 working days.

5. Any disputes or refund-related concerns must be raised within 3 days of order status update. Beyond this window, refund requests will not be accepted.

Return Policy

1. As a policy, we do not accept general returns once a product has been delivered unless it is damaged or incorrect.

2. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email, along with clear photos or videos. We will assess and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

3. In select cases, we may allow a return if the product is unopened, unused, and in original packaging — subject to your location's return coverage and management approval. If allowed, pickup and return charges will apply, and will be shared with you before initiating the return process.

4. Returns, if approved, will be arranged via our logistics partner and must be securely packed by the customer. We do not accept self-shipped returns unless pre-approved.

5. For hygiene and safety reasons, items such as consumables, personal care, or opened packaging are strictly non-returnable.

6. We reserve the right to reject return requests that do not comply with our policy or show signs of misuse, damage after delivery, or deliberate alteration.

Important Notes

• Refunds, once processed, may take up to 7-10 working days depending on your payment provider.
• For all returns and refunds, the final decision will be at the sole discretion of VaccFast after internal verification.
• Please do not accept delivery if the outer packaging appears tampered or opened.
• All communication will be made via email or WhatsApp as per your order details.
